Aadarsha Kutumbam Slips, Two Films Set for 20 November; Nagarjuna Reportedly Unhappy
Deccan Chronicle reports Nagarjuna's remarks on last-minute release changes, as Aadarsha Kutumbam's date slips and two films are set for 20 November.

Deccan Chronicle reported on 17 October that Nagarjuna appears to be unhappy with how big-ticket films and last-minute release changes affect smaller movies. The report does not quote him directly and says he did not explicitly name any film. He reportedly stressed the need for better planning and clarity when theatrical release dates are announced.
Several films are moving dates or sharing one. The reports cover release dates, first-day figures and an unconfirmed music link. This article draws on three Deccan Chronicle reports published on 17 October, one Bollywood Hungama report, and a 1 October release list from Sakshi Post.
Aadarsha Kutumbam's Release Has Slipped Since Early October
Aadarsha Kutumbam, also tagged AK47, is directed by Trivikram and stars Venkatesh, according to Deccan Chronicle and Sakshi Post. The film was reportedly expected on 2 October and then on 9 October, and was postponed at the last minute. Both dates have now passed, and the report gives no new one. A 1 October release list from Sakshi Post had the film on 9 October, with Srinidhi Shetty also in the lead and Nara Rohith in a significant role.
Nagarjuna's remarks, as reported, do not explicitly name Aadarsha Kutumbam or any other film. The report does not say whether the film's makers or Venkatesh have responded to them.
Itlu Arjun's Move and a 20 November Clash
Itlu Arjun, the small film Nagarjuna is presenting, was first set for 2 October and later moved to 30 October. Deccan Chronicle links the change to shifts in other films' release plans. Sakshi Post's 1 October list also places Cult, a Vishwak Sen film planned in Telugu, and Emo Idi on 30 October.
Bollywood Hungama reported that Suryaa: Ant Se Aarambh Tak and Pratap are both scheduled for 20 November 2026. Suryaa is directed by M. Padmakumar, stars Sunny Deol with Ravi Kishan and Pragya Jaiswal, and is presented by Kamal Mukut. Pratap is directed by Sachin Saraf and stars Amit Sadh, with Esha Deol, Seema Biswas, Milind Gunaji and Tigmanshu Dhulia.
The report says Sunny Deol recently unveiled Suryaa's first look and motion poster, and that Pratap's first look gives a glimpse of Amit Sadh's character. Pratap is produced by Pradeep Rangwani under UV Films. Neither film's team is quoted on the clash.
Ranabaali's First-Day Figures and the Dasara Test
Deccan Chronicle reports, citing an unnamed distributor, that Ranabaali, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, reportedly collected ₹9 crore net on its first day. The distributor puts the film's share in the Telugu states, meaning Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, at ₹7 crore of that amount. The report gives no release date for the film, but Sakshi Post's list had it for 16 October, directed by Rahul Sankrityan.
The distributor says the film has to perform well over the Dasara holidays to build its collections. Without stronger promotion from Vijay Deverakonda, the distributor says it could be a difficult run.
The report also says Jailer 2 is continuing to hold its ground, so Ranabaali needs to sustain its momentum. Sakshi Post's list gives 15 October for Jailer 2, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Kalanithi Maran, so the two films were scheduled one day apart.
Nagarjuna's remarks, as reported, do not explicitly name Aadarsha Kutumbam or any other film.
A Possible NTR–Trivikram Score, Not Confirmed
Deccan Chronicle reported on 17 October that a birthday greeting from the team of the NTR–Trivikram project to Anirudh Ravichander has drawn interest in a possible musical link. The report says NTR's screen presence and Trivikram's storytelling have generated buzz, but it does not give a title for the project.
The report does not say Anirudh has been signed. It also says he was reportedly expected to score Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava before Thaman replaced him, and that his recent work includes the score and songs for Jailer 2.
Filmmaker Hemanth Madhukar, quoted in the report, calls Anirudh a composer with appeal to younger listeners. That comment concerns his popularity, not the NTR–Trivikram project.
