Soya is also known as “meal maker,” and kids adore it. My family likes soya chunks to a great extent. Soya is delicious and really healthy. Instead of using water in this case, coconut milk might taste better. You can mix 1 cup of water and 1 cup of coconut milk with 1 cup of basmati rice. For soya chunk curry, you can also use this technique. We must soak and smash the soy chunks in boiling water before using them. This technique must be carried out before cooking since it will allow the bitterness of the soy to drain.
